VOLUNTEER
Here at the Lyric, we offer a wonderful volunteer experience. Opportunities include bartending, concession, cashier box office, theatre productions and even building maintenance if there are qualifications available. There are evening shifts for events as well as underage events such as our Youth Talent Nights and Christmas Munsch plays as opportunities for 18yrs and under are welcome volunteer for these events.
It’s a great way to contribute to the creativity that lies at the heart of this organization and your contribution will be so appreciated. MEMBERSHIP
- One admission to Lyric’s Open Stage, Write Out Loud, or Youth Talent Night.
- 10% off the Lyric Theatre rental fee – for your own event(s)
- Participation in and voting at all general meetings.
- Nominations for election to the Board of Directors.
- Provide a community performance venue that contributes to the artistic development of local residents.
- Demonstrate strong community support to our granting agencies
- Bring renowned music, theatre, authors, and performers to Swift Current.
- Subsidize programming admission fees.
- Preserve a dynamic cultural asset that contributes to a vital and vibrant downtown core in Swift Current.
